By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service.

Provide me a clear and complete requirements and expectations about the artwork You want upfront, including reference materials or assets before I start the artwork.

Don't be shy to send enough reference: the more accurate You describe the artwork (like the general idea and location, the camera view and the action, the characters and their interactions) the easier it would be for me to create the exact artwork You need.

After coordination and approving the artwork idea I'll send You an invoice and start sketching after prepayment.

I'll send You the digital sketch once it is ready for approving since the main revisions and changes to artwork are possible at the sketching stage.

After the sketch approved I'll start line/rendering stages, providing You with a digital WIP-artworks for coordination.

Main revisions and changes to artwork are possible at the sketching stage.

After I start line art or rendering only minor revisions allowed.

Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.

Excessive revisions may affect progress and timeline.

The Client receives a custom digital artwork in a PNG or JPEG formats.

The artwork would be delivered to the Client via email, Google Drive or similar file transfer tools.

Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.

Artwork completion requires from 1 week to 3 months depending on each project.

I'll inform the Client If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline.

I don't put self into the deadlines. If the Client has own deadlines, this should be discussed with me at the start and may cost extra charge.

By default I retain full rights for the artwork (copyright, ownership, redistribution, intellectual property rights etc.) which includes but is not limited to usage, publish, re­post, alter, selling prints etc.

All created works would be published. The private arts are possible for +50% extra cost.

Client receive non-transferable usage rights to the artwork for a personal non-commercial use.

As a Client you can post/repost the artwork to own social media, just credit me using my social tag/username/link etc.

I may use rejected artwork, work in progress and versions for other projects.

Usage of an artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Additional charges will be required for commercial usage rights (should be discussed with me).

Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.

Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction.
